South Korea to Support the Semiconductor Industry by Developing AI Chips and High-Bandwidth Memory

Chip exports in South Korea have already started growing, escalating 66.7 percent year-on-year to $9.94 billion in February.
After analyzing India’s growth potential in the semiconductor industry, South Korea has now proclaimed its intention to grow the industry by developing artificial intelligence chips and high-bandwidth memory. Industry Minister Ahn Duk-geun has told the media that this association will help to achieve the target of $120 billion in exports annually.
